Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time. If you are running late, message me — I will always do what I can, but a late start may mean a shortened service so the next client is not kept waiting.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the service price.

If you do not arrive and do not contact me, you will be charged 100% of the service price. This covers the slot I held and could not fill.

If you need to move your appointment, let me know as early as you can and I will always try to find you another slot in the same week.

By booking with me you agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time — it is what lets me keep giving you my full attention.

Common questions

How much should I charge for a no-show?
Most solo artists charge the full service price for a missed appointment, because the slot is gone and cannot be resold. For late cancellations, half is the common middle ground — enough to matter, not so much that a good client feels punished.
Should I ask for a deposit?
For long appointments, new clients and busy periods, yes. A deposit does two things: it filters out people who were never going to turn up, and it compensates you when someone does not. Ask for a percentage, not a fixed fee — it scales with the service.
Will a strict policy drive clients away?
A clearly stated policy rarely does. What drives clients away is inconsistency — charging one person and not another. Write it down, show it at booking, and apply it the same way every time.
